Jaclyn Kearns, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Jaclyn has a master's degree in counselling psychology at Yorkville University. She has experience working as a teacher in the Durham region. Jaclyn has worked with children, adolescents and adults, taking a person-centred approach to learn each client's values and unique needs. Through both work and lived experiences, Jaclyn recognizes that each individual and family have different strengths. To support this, she focuses on building strong connections grounded in authenticity, non-judgement, collaboration and transparency. She is passionate about empowering people.


Jaclyn strongly believes everyone deserves to be seen for their unique values, culture and identities and she practices from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens. As an ADHD coach, Jaclyn focuses on the complexities of neurodivergence. She aims to tailor solutions based on individual and family goals, expectations and specific needs. She will time to learn about you, honour your experience and help you and your family navigate different areas of your lives, promoting autonomy, resiliency, connection, empowerment and change. Jaclyn is skilled at working with individuals across the neurodiversity spectrum, including ADHD and Autism. Her ADHD coaching style focuses on helping her clients recognize and expand their strengths while offering compassion, empathy and understanding.


Jaclyn is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
