Tiffany Bicette, Registered Social Worker

Tiffany is a Registered Social Worker with a Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto. Her experience spans school-based, community, and residential settings, where she has supported children, youth, and families with a range of needs, including ADHD, anxiety, trauma, behavioural challenges, and Autism. She has also facilitated therapeutic groups and supported families in navigating complex emotional and relational dynamics.

Tiffany is trained in and draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and incorporates elements of play-based interventions when working with children and younger clients. She takes a trauma-informed, client-centred approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of each individual and family.

Tiffany is known for her warm, engaging, and down-to-earth style, helping children and teens feel comfortable, understood, and supported. She collaborates with caregivers when appropriate, while prioritizing a safe, respectful space where children and teens can express themselves openly.

She is especially passionate about helping young people build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, and feel more secure in themselves and their relationships.
