Laura Caird, Psychologist

Laura Caird is a Registered Psychologist specializing in Clinical, Counselling, and School Psychology. With extensive experience in school board and private practice settings, Laura provides psychological assessment and consultation services to children, adolescents, and adults.


Laura earned her master’s degree in Brain, Behaviour, and Cognitive Science from York University, where she conducted and published research in the field of memory and learning. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong aptitude for assessing cognitive, emotional, and behavioural factors in individuals across a wide range of backgrounds. Laura’s approach emphasizes synthesizing data from multiple sources to create clear, practical recommendations that support personal growth and success.


Laura works with individuals across a broad range of experiences and needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. She also has experience working with trauma-related occupational stress, providing her with valuable insight into the unique challenges faced by individuals in high-pressure and demanding roles.


Laura’s background as an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) further enhances her ability to address educational and developmental challenges. This unique perspective enables her to effectively support individuals navigating complex, performance-driven environments.
