Office Rental

Main level furnished office space; free onsite parking; waiting area; bathroom; wifi; printer/scanner/shredder

Each booking will reserve the office for 15 minutes before and after your scheduled reservation. This allows you time to get situated before your client arrives and take notes and tidy up before the office becomes available to someone else. For example, if your booking is from 1:00-4:00pm; you will have access to the office from 12:45pm-4:15pm. Another practitioner may be using the office before/after your booking, so please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled booking and please ensure you vacate the office on time.

$100 for 2 hours (minimum)

$135 for 3 hours

$165 for 4 hours

$180 for 5 hours

$200 full day

You will receive a receipt when you reserve your booking.

We require full payment up front to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made by e-transfer or credit card. You will be issued a receipt once payment has been received. A booking confirmation with special instructions (ie., door code, wifi password) will be emailed to the address provided.

Please provide 48 hours' notice before your scheduled booking time to receive a full refund (no cancellation fee), and 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time will not be refunded.
